Combines low-impact aerobics and stretches to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility, improve balance and endurance. Wear aerobic shoes and bring water, hand weights, resistance “stretchy” bands and a 6-8-inch diameter ball. Bring mat for floor exercises. Instructor: Linda Bernstein
